Sushi
An assortment of Sushi starting from $155 for 100 pieces(based on 40% of basic Sushi and 60% of basic rolls).
Requests are welcome. Disposable plates are available.

Party Food
We will customize for your parties. We will also provide a sample menu for you at our restaurant,
and menu suggestions are available.

Bento Box

Starting from $18, each box has Japanese style broiled food, steamed food, appetizers and rice.
Minimum order is 4 for each price range. We use disposable boxes for all.
We also have a special occasion Bento box for special guests or wedding receptions, starting from $40 per box.
We will use non-disposable boxes.
At an extra cost, Miso soup and canned green tea are available for $1.50 each.

Chef at your party

The chef can make Sushi and other foods for your party in front of the guests.
If you are looking for quality at your party or if you would like to order many pieces of Sushi.
It is more cost-effective to request for a Sushi chef
equipped with Sushi bar as opposed to having it prepared before your event.
The price of the individual pieces is lower and save you money as a result.

This is a sample menu of Sushi prices
based on 40% of basic Sushi and 60% basic rolls combination,
and other cost based on 2 hours chef labor, 1-hour preparation time
and Sushi bar equipment cost.
Not including the price of disposal tray fee, plates, table cloths,
delivery, trip, gratuities and tax.

Pickup, Delivery or Trip Policy

You can pick up any time during our business hours
or we require $200 minimum of food for before or after business hours pick up.
You can also choose deliver if you order over $200 of food.
A delivery fee of starting from $7 will be applied depending on the area.
A trip fee starting from $20 will be applied for parties with a catering chef.

Other Services and Costs

Chef	$55 per hour for party time plus a request of 18% gratuity for the food
Chef	$25 per hour for time on preparation and cleaning up
Server	$20 per hour depending on the service detail and a request of 18% gratuity for the food and beverage cost
Sushi bar set	$30 and up
Food service equipment	$10 and up
Rental or disposable serving plates	$20 and up
Rental or disposable silverware	$10 and up
Rental or disposable glassware	$10 and up
Other rental or disposable food equipment	$5 and up
Linen service	85 cents per napkin, from $6 and up depending on the size per tablecloth

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, check, or major credit card
when we deliver or before leaving your event.
No bill payment for first time customer.
However, no deposits are necessary.
